We live in the year: 2018 A.D.

An ‘A.D.’ after the year stands for the Latin word: Anno Domini

In English, Anno Domini means: living in the year of our Lord

We can say that we live in the year 2018 A.D.

This is the time period AFTER Jesus’s birth and death on the cross for us.

Planet Earth’s historical timeline is organized around the Birth of Jesus!

The time period before Jesus Christ was alive is called: B.C.

B.C. stands for: Before Christ

Open Letter

In a quiet time, with their Bible in their hands - I repeat something like this year after year…

Dear Children,

What you hold in your hands is a story of the greatest gift I will leave you with in my lifetime!

It’s a wonderful story about people, and about their relationship with the creator of the entire Universe!

Christmas is all about a baby named, Jesus.

The whole world’s timeline of historical events, and the current dating system that planet earth uses

today - is based on the Birthday of Jesus!

This is another example of God’s sovereign control over His creation.

How could that Bible, a book, be the greatest gift I can give you?

Well, I believe this Bible can lead you to a life so rich, that you can be filled with all you need in any

circumstance. What I am talking about - GOLD can’t buy it!

If you truly believe in Jesus, and in the God who sent Him, then you will make it a priority to get to

know Him. Hopefully you will choose to shape your life as a response to your belief, for even the devil

believes in Jesus and God the Father.

Do you REALLY believe that Jesus loves you?

He REALLY does!

HE longs for you to get to know Him, and HE waits for you to talk to Him.

If you choose to believe in Him, and you get to know Him – hopefully you will end up following Him!

If you do choose to follow Him, I believe this will lead you to live the richest, freest, most

purposeful, and most powerful life you can hope to live!

It is my hope that you will fall deeply in love with your Creator, who has sent His son down to earth to RESCUE you!
