The Reason - for Ages 12+

Did you do this devotional last year? Do you remember the BC timeline of events leading up to the birth of Jesus Christ?

Do you remember the people who were in the bloodline of Jesus’s family?

This story is ALL for you and believing in it is the greatest gift you will ever receive!

There is nothing here on earth that can satisfy you. Sure, there are nice things & new

gifts at Christmas - but nothing ever lasts or has the ability to completely fulfill YOU.

The God of Christmas, and the BIBLE, can supply all you need for your whole lifetime!

HE - is a buried treasure that I hope you search for with all your days here on earth!

Because…

The God who came to be born on Christmas Day - He STILL wants to come and be a part of your life TODAY.

Watch for Him - He is at work all around you.

Do you want to join Him?

The God who spoke in all these stories in the Bible, is still speaking to us today.

He speaks to us through His Word, through prayer, and through circumstances.

Do you want to hear from God?

Moments before Jesus was given His brutal death sentence, He confessed that He only came into the world so that he could die

to save whoever chooses to believe in Him and follow the way He taught us to live.

Pilate replied, “You are a king then?”

“You say that I am a King, and you are right,” Jesus said. “I was born for that purpose and I came to bring truth to the world.

All who love the truth recognize that what I say is true.”

He was BORN for YOU and He DIED for YOU

He REALLY loves YOU

Jesus loves you just as you are today,

not as you’re supposed to be.

Nobody alive is as they are supposed to be.

Get to know Him even more this Christmas, He loves YOU!

Jesus said, “remain in me, and I will remain in you - and you will bear much fruit.” John 15:5

Have you seen a tree that bears fruit in real life?

For a tree to bear fruit it needs to be growing and healthy, it needs to be fed well and taken care of!
